That is an impressive list. Several multi-volumes. I have heard great things about Malone and Flexnor's series. Some of these I haven't heard of.

May want to read Grant’s autobiography which is excellent.

Jean Edward Smith is a great writer and I’ve enjoyed reading his various biographies.

I agree! Except I found his biography of George W Bush to be overly critical and biased
